1. Lead Matching Service
Rapid Water Heaters is a lead generation and marketing company. We are not a plumbing contractor and do not provide, supervise, schedule, warrant, or accept payment for plumbing services. We may share a submitted request with an independently owned plumbing company that represents that it holds required licenses and serves the requested area.
2. No Guaranteed Match or Service
Submitting a request does not create a contractor-customer relationship, guarantee that a plumbing company will contact you, or guarantee an appointment, response time, price, diagnosis, repair, replacement, or other result.
3. Independent Plumbing Companies
Participating plumbing companies are independent businesses and are not employees, agents, joint venturers, or representatives of Rapid Water Heaters. Any company you engage is solely responsible for its licenses, insurance, assessment, recommendations, estimates, contracts, scheduling, permits, inspections, workmanship, safety, billing, warranties, and legal compliance. You should independently verify a contractor's credentials before hiring it.
4. Information You Submit
You agree to provide accurate information and authorize us to use and share it as described in our Privacy Policy for the purpose of attempting to match your request. You are not required to hire a company that contacts you.
5. Emergencies
This website is not an emergency response service. If you smell gas, suspect carbon monoxide, see fire, or face an immediate threat to people or property, leave the area when appropriate and contact 911 or the relevant utility emergency line.
6. Governing Law
These website terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. These terms govern the lead matching website only; a plumbing company's separate agreement governs any services you purchase from it.
